Introduction of Ordinance No. 2024-231, Amending Ordinance No. 91-45 to\nEstablish the Prima Facie Speed Limit on Four Street Segments of Forbes\nRoad and La Paz Road Within the City\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Waive full reading and introduce Ordinance No. 2024-231, by title:\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA NIGUEL,\nCALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-45\nTO ESTABLISH THE PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT ON FOUR\nSTREET SEGMENTS OF FORBES ROAD AND LA PAZ ROAD\nWITHIN THE CITY\n2. Direct that the proposed Ordinance be placed on the agenda for adoption\nat the December 3, 2024 City Council meeting.\n3.
