10. CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KINGDOM CAUSES,\nINC., DBA CITY NET, FOR HOMELESS OUTREACH AND CASE\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES Consultant Services Agreement with\nKingdom Causes, Inc., dba City Net, for Homeless Outreach and Case\nManagement Services.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the\nfollowing actions: 1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with\nKingdom Causes, Inc., dba City Net, for Homeless Outreach and Case\nManagement Services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the\nConsultant Services Agreement with City Net for Homeless Outreach and\nCase Management Services. Fiscal Impact: If approved, the agreement\nwith Kingdom Causes, Inc. will end on June 30, 2027, in the amount of\n$535,688 which includes $30,000 for Client Services. The two-and-one-\nhalf year term is recommended to align the contract with the City's\nbiennial budget process. Sufficient funds have been appropriated in the\nFiscal Year 2024-25 budget to cover the costs of $101,585.79. Funding for\nsubsequent years will be requested through the budget process for each\nrespective fiscal year.
