Moulton Niguel Water District - South Orange County Wastewater\nAuthority Withdrawal Agreement (Agreement No. 4)(C24-76).\n3. Assignment and Assumption Agreement (PC 5, Agreement No. 6)(C24-\n77).\n4. Transfer Price Allocation Memorandum of Understanding (C24-78).\n5. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute said agreements.
