7. Award of Professional Services Agreement to Moore lacofano Goltsman, Inc.\ndba MIG, Inc. for Open Space Inventory\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Professional Services Agreement to Moore Iacofano Goltsman,\nInc. dba MIG, Inc. for Open Space Inventory in the not-to-exceed amount\nof $71,391.\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $14,278 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize\nthe Public Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work with\nMoore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. dba MIG, Inc. for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $85,669, if needed; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement with MIG, Inc.,\nsubject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.
