9. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nLSA Associates, Inc. to Provide Environmental Consulting Services for 25\nOld Ranch Road – North Pacific Developments, Inc.\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nLSA Associates, Inc. to provide environmental consulting services for 25\nOld Rancg Road for and amount not-to-exceed $66,033.30;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency of the total contract with LSA\nAssociates, Inc. in the amount of $6,603.33, if needed;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement and future amendments to the agreement\nbetween the City and LSA Associates, Inc., subject to the City Attorney\nmaking non-substantive changes; and,\n4. Approve a budget appropriation for a pass-through amount of $66,033.30.\nThe costs associated with these services will be paid by the property owner.\nDISCUSSION ITEMS
