Renumbering existing Article 10 entitled Enforcement to be Article 11; and\nc. Adding Article 11, 911.10.010 entitled “Mural Policy”; and\n3. Approve an ordinance summary for publication; and\n4. Adopt a RESOLUTION for the City’s mural policy.
