CC 24. Agreement between the City of Covina and AQMNI LLC for Creation of a Mural at\n124 E. College Street\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the execution of an Agreement between the City of Covina and AQMNI\nLLC in an amount not-to-exceed $45,841 for the creation of a mural on the eastern\nexterior wall of 124 E. College Street, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement and other pertinent documents, and take such actions as are necessary to\nadminister the Agreement; and\n2. Authorize the execution of a License Agreement between the City of Covina and Dr.\nDimitris Constantinou for the temporary use of a portion of his property located at\n128 E. College Street to facilitate the installation of the mural.
