CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE MAINTENANCE\nCONTRACT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY CONSERVATION CORPS, FOR WEED ABATEMENT, REMOVAL OF\nMISCELLANEOUS DEBRIS, WITHIN THE CITY'S RIGHT OF WAY (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Contract Services by and between the City of\nCarson and Los Angeles Conservation Corp to increase the contract sum by $211,321.06 such that the\ntotal cost of the Contract Agreement does not exceed $644,700.95 and extend the term of the\nagreement to June 30, 2025.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney
