CONSIDER APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MERCHANT LANDSCAPE\nSERVICES, INC., TO LASER LEVEL THE BASEBALL DIAMOND INFIELDS AT CARSON, DOLPHIN, AND\nDOMINGUEZ PARKS (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement between the City of Carson and Merchant\nLandscape Services, Inc., to provide laser leveling services for the baseball fields at Carson, Dominguez\nand Dolphin Parks for a not-to-exceed Contract Sum of $97,840.00.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
