Community Based Communication and Engagement Campaigns Media\nServices Master Agreement Work Order Amendments\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to execute an\namendment to a Master Agreement Work Order (MAWO) with Team Friday,\nInc. (Team Friday), for the provision of Community Based Communication and\nEngagement Campaigns Media Services, to increase the maximum obligation\nby $3,054,000 from $1,687,500 to $4,741,500, for the period of July 1, 2024,\nthrough June 30, 2025, 100% funded by Centers for Disease Control and\nPrevention, Assistance Listing Number 93.354, California Department of Public\nHealth (CDPH) Future of Public Health, Care First Community Investment,\nCDPH Youth Suicide Prevention Reporting and Crisis Response Pilot Program,\nCDPH Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Division California Home Visiting\nProgram State General, National Association of County and City Health Officials\nStrengthening Vaccine Confidence and Uptake Among Adolescents and Their\nFamilies Through Community Partnerships, County’s Quality and Productivity\nCommission Productivity Investment, Community Public Health Teams:\nMarketing Solutions to Improve Quality and Productivity, CDPH Perinatal Equity\nInitiative, California Department of Social Services CalWORKS Grant, State\nChildhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Grant, Health Resources and Services\nAdministration’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau Title V Block Grant funds,\nand Net County Cost; and authorize the Director to take the following actions:\n(Department of Public Health) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to the MAWO that extend the term for an additional\none-year period through June 30, 2026, at amounts to be determined by\nthe Director, contingent upon availability of funds and contractor\nperformance, allow the rollover of unspent MAWO funds, and provide an\nincrease or decrease in funding up to 25% above or below each period's\nannual base maximum amount, effective upon amendment execution or at\nthe beginning of the applicable MAWO period, update the scope of work,\nas necessary, and/or correct errors in the MAWO’s terms and\nconditions, with future increases or amendments not to exceed\n$2,000,000 annually without additional delegated authority from the\nBoard.
