8.5 Acceptance and appropriation of federal funds received through the Consolidated\nAppropriations Act 2022\nRecommendation:\nAdopt a Resolution Entitled, “ Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City,\nCalifornia, authorizing the acceptance and appropriation of funds and establishing\ncorresponding expenditure accounts for the following projects: 1) $294,700 for the 24th\nStreet Trolley Pedestrian Bridge Feasibility Study; 2) $3,332,781 for the 24th Street First and\nLast Mile Connections to Trolley Station for design and construction; and 3) $300,000 for the\nBayshore Bikeway Segment 5 project necessary for the additional work on the design.”
