Los Angeles County Holiday Events at The Music Center: Annual Tree\nLighting Ceremony and Annual Holiday Celebration Parking Fee Waiver\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Waive the following\nparking fees for the dates listed below, excluding the cost of liability insurance,\nat The Music Center Garage, to accommodate artists, crew and VIPs\nperforming and participating in the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, to be held\nMonday, December 2, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.:\n$10 per vehicle parking fee for 12 vehicles for a total amount of $120, on\nDecember 1, 2024; and\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 20 vehicles for a total amount of $400, on\nDecember 2, 2024; and\nWaive the following parking fees for the dates listed below, excluding the cost of\nliability insurance, at The Music Center Garage and Lot 16, if necessary, for all\nattendees of the 65th Annual Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration in the\nDorothy Chandler Pavilion:\n$10 per vehicle parking fee for up to 600 vehicles for a total amount of\n$6,000, on December 7 and 8, 2024;\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 50 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$1,000, on December 17, 2024;\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 100 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$2,000, on December 19, 2024;\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 100 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$2,000, on December 20, 2024;\n$10 per vehicle parking fee for 200 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$4,000, on December 21 and 22, 2024;\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 200 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$4,000, on December 23, 2024;\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for the entire Music Center Garage and Lot\n16, if necessary, and 20 ADA valet at the main valet, for a total amount of\n$50,000, on December 24, 2024;\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 50 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$1,000, on December 27, 2024;\n$10 per vehicle parking fee for 12 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$240, on December 28 and 29, 2024; and\n$20 per vehicle parking fee for 12 vehicles per day for a total amount of\n$240, on December 30, 2024 .
