2.10 ACCEPTANCE OF THE BOARD OF STATE AND\nCOMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BYRNE STATE\nCRISIS INTERVENTION PROGRAM GRANT\nACTION:\n1) Accept a Board of State and Community\nCorrections (BSCC) Byrne State Crisis Intervention\nProgram (SCIP) Grant award in the amount of\n$482,445.\n2) Authorize the Chief of Police to approve and\nexecute, and the City Clerk to attest to a grant\nagreement including any amendments thereof,\nassociated with the Byrne SCIP Grant between the\nBSCC and the City of Irvine.\n3) Approve a budget adjustment appropriating\n$482,445 reflecting an increase in revenues and\nappropriations.\n2.10
