2.8 UTILITY, CONSTRUCTION, AND IMPLEMENTATION\nAGREEMENTS TO IMPLEMENT MARINE WAY AND\nBORREGO CHANNEL RAILROAD UNDERCROSSING\nPROJECT\nACTION:\n1) Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute\nMarine Way-Borrego Channel Undercrossing\nImplementation Agreement in substantially the form\nprovided as Attachment 1 to the staff report, subject to\nthe insertion of commercially reasonable City Insurance\nRequirements in Exhibit F-1 thereto.\n2) Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute\nReimbursement Agreement with SFPP, L.P. for the\nrelocation of utility infrastructure necessary to facilitate\nthe Marine Way-Borrego Channel undercrossing.\n3) Authorize the City Manager to enter into additional\nreimbursement, utility relocation, and construction\nagreements that are consistent with and funded through\nthe Marine Way-Borrego Channel Undercrossing\nImplementation Agreement.\n2.8
