1-D. Transfer Ownership of Los Angeles County Development Authority\nProperty Located at 4944 Lennox Boulevard, Los Angeles to the Lennox\nSchool District\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Find that the Los Angeles\nCounty Development Authority (LACDA) owned property, located at 4944\nLennox Boulevard, identified as Assessor Parcel Number 4029-024-901,\n(Property), is not required for use by LACDA, and that the Property being\ntransferred to the Lennox School District is exempt surplus land, pursuant to\nGovernment Code Section 54221(f)(1)(D), and therefore, not subject to the\nrequirements for disposition of surplus land; find that the transfer of the\nProperty is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act; and\nauthorize the Executive Director of Los Angeles County Development Authority\nto take the following actions:\nTransfer ownership of the Property, on a gratis basis, via quitclaim deed\nto the Lennox School District; and\nExecute any necessary agreements and take all other actions necessary\nfor and consistent with the transfer of the Property to the Lennox School\nDistrict.
