APPROVE UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY Staff is requesting that the City Council\napprove Utility Agreement No. COT-56 with the Orange County\nTransportation Authority for the El Camino Real Water Main Relocation\nProject, Capital Improvement Program Project No. 60178.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:1. Approve\nUtility Agreement No. COT-56 between the Orange County Transportation\nAuthority and the City of Tustin for the El Camino Real Water Main\nRelocation Project; and 2.
