Award a contract in the amount of\n$310,265.75 to Marina Landscape, Inc. for the Irrigation Conservation\nProgram Project (PW 2022-03). 2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST,\nCALIFORNIA AMENDING THE 2023-2030 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT\nPLAN, AMENDING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25.” 3.\nAuthorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the award of\ncontract to Marina Landscape, Inc. substantially in the form attached. 4.\nReject all other bids received and authorize the return of the bid bonds\nupon receipt of the executed contract documents with Marina Landscape,\nInc.
