Approve permanently discontinuing the use of recycled water for irrigation of the Artesia Blvd parkways\nbetween Hawthorne Blvd and Western Ave due to cross-connection concerns; and\n2. Relinquish and return the Artesia Blvd parkway maintenance responsibility back to each adjacent\nproperty owner between Hawthorne Blvd and Western Ave.
