CONSIDER RECORDING A "NOTICE OF EXEMPTION" IN THE OFFICE OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nCLERK AND WITH THE STATE CLEARING HOUSE FOR PROJECT NO.675 (SEPULVEDA BRIDGE WIDENING\nPROJECT), PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nGUIDELINES AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE FOR CONSTRUCTION (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AUTHORIZE staff to advertise the work and call for construction bids for Project No. 675:\nSepulveda Bridge Widening Project from Alameda Boulevard to Intermodal Way.\n— 2. MAKE the California Environmental Quality act finding that the proposed Project No. 675:\nSepulveda Bridge Widening Project from Alameda Boulevard to Intermodal Way are categorically\nexempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines\n— 3. AUTHORIZE staff to record the “Notice of Exemption” in the office of the Los Angeles County Clerk\nand with the State Clearing House at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research for Project\nNo.675: Sepulveda Bridge Widening Project.
