CONSIDERATION OF ONLY LOCAL UNCONTESTED APPOINTMENTS TO THE CITY’S COMMISSIONS,\nCOMMITTEES, AND BOARDS, AND CITY AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS BY MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL AND\nCONSIDER ALL (CONTESTED AND UNCONTESTED) APPOINTMENTS TO ALL COMMISSIONS (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. CONSIDER and only APPOINT uncontested members to the City Commissions, Committees, and\nBoards;\n— 2. CONSIDER and APPOINT all (contested and uncontested) members to all commissions except\nPlanning Commission and Environmental Commission;\n— 3.
