PURCHASE AND INSTALL OF LIGHT EMITTING DIODE (LED) CONVERSION\nKITS FOR STREET LIGHT POLE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nThe City Council is requested to approve purchase and installation of LED\nconversion kits for street light poles to enhance their visibility and energy\nefficiency.\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize City Manager to execute a contract with Graybar Electric Company,\nInc. and TBS Business Solutions USA, Inc. for direct purchase of LED light\nconversion kits through CMAS (State of California Multiple Award Schedules\nProgram) in amount of $50,707.86; and\n2. Authorize staff to spend funds up to $110,000 for installation of LED light kits.
