AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING COVENANT TO REMOVE MEDICAL USE\nLIMITATIONS IN THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING; AND\nREQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NEW\nCOVENANT LOCATED AT 9150 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD.\nComment: Modification of an existing covenant to remove the existing restriction\nregarding the amount of medical floor area permitted and authorize the City\nManager to execute a new covenant located at 9150 Wilshire Boulevard. The\nCouncil will also consider adoption of a categorical exemption, pursuant to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
