Findings and Order for Project No. PRJ2021-001849-(1)\nRecommendation: Adopt findings and order denying Project No.\nPRJ2021-001849-(1), consisting of Conditional Use Permit No.\nRPPL2021004983-(1) (Project), to authorize the continued use, operation, and\nmaintenance of an existing recycling and trash transfer station on a 1.26-acre\nparcel located at 1512 North Bonnie Beach Place in the unincorporated East\nLos Angeles community, in the Heavy Manufacturing Zone within the Metro\nPlanning Area, applied for by Consolidated Disposal Service, LLC, the Board\ndetermined the Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA), pursuant to Section 15270 of the State CEQA Guidelines because\nCEQA does not apply to projects which a public agency rejects or disapproves.\n(On August 13, 2024 the Board indicated its intent to deny the Project.)\n(County Counsel) ADOPT (24-5551)
