10. San Pedro Courthouse Redevelopment Project - Authorize Option to\nLease Agreement and Ground Lease Amendments\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Approve and authorize the\nChief Executive Officer to execute an amendment to the Option to Lease\nAgreement extending the Option to Lease Agreement by a 12-month period with\na new expiration date of December 31, 2025; find that the execution of the\nproposed Option to Lease Agreement amendment and Right of Entry\namendment are within the scope of the previous finding of exemption under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and that the proposed revisions to\nthe project schedule are also exempt from CEQA, and authorize the Chief\nExecutive to execute, amend, and carry out the terms of the proposed actions\nwith Genton Cockrum Partners (GCP); and authorize the Chief Executive\nOfficer to take the following actions:\nExecute an amendment to the Right of Entry Agreement on mutual\nacceptable terms to the Chief Executive Office and GCP, allowing for\nlocal community events uses at the San Pedro Courthouse property as\ninterim uses prior to commencement of development at the property,\nwhich events will require County approval and will be coordinated through\nGCP; and\nExecute any ancillary documentation that is necessary to effectuate the\nterms of the Option or Ground Lease, Ground Lease, Right of Entry\nAgreement, and Purchase Option Agreement, and the development of the\nproject as set forth herein.
