10. CHARGE READY CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE AND REBATE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND\nVEHICLE CHARGERS OPERATOR AGREEMENT\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. approve an agreement with Southern California Edison; and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Charge Ready Charging Infrastructure and Rebate Participation Agreement; and\nb. approve an agreement with EvGateway; and authorize the City Manager to execute the Electric\nVehicle Chargers Operator Agreement on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
