46. 24-55382 \nRecommendation to adopt resolution authorizing an application to the California \nState Department of Housing and Community Development Prohousing Incentive \nProgram for grant funding in the amount of $1,380,000; and \nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents and agreements \nnecessary to apply for and utilize these funds for eligible projects. (Citywide) \n2025, through December 31, 2025, automatically extending the current agreement \nwith the Downtown Long Beach Alliance for a one-year period; and, authorize \npayment in City property assessments of $586,248 from the Civic Center Fund \nGroup in the Public Works Department to be allocated to associated funds.
