14. 24-55733 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City\nManager Department by $3,675, offset by Fourth Council District One-Time District\nPriority Funds, transferred from the Citywide Activities Department, to provide\nsupport for the following:\n1. Long Beach Latino Employees Organization Inc. in support of their annual\nChurro Run in the amount of $265;\n2. Care Closet in support of their ongoing efforts to assist people experiencing \nhomelessness in the amount of $2,500; \n3. The Belmont Shore Business Association in support of their annual \ncommunity holiday parade in the amount of $450; \n4.
