General Plan Amendment changing the land use designation of the subject\nproperty from Open Space (“OS”) to Medium Residential (“RM”)\nii. Specific Plan (MPA21-0017)\niii. Tentative Map (PCS21-0001)\niv. Property Tax Exchange Agreement between the City of Chula Vista (“City”)\nand the City of San Diego (“San Diego”)\nv. Annexation Agreement among the City, San Diego, and Tri Pointe Homes\n(“Applicant”)\nvi. Statement of support for the reorganization of the subject property from the\njurisdiction of the City into the jurisdiction of San Diego\nB.
