Adopt Plans and Specifications for the Citywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation, Capital\nPage 6 of 11\nImprovement Project No. ST-2025-26, Notice Inviting Bid 25-024AS.\nb. Award Notice Inviting Bids 25-024AS to Onyx Paving Company Inc., the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $10,963,000, and waive all minor irregularities\nin the bidding document as submitted by the said bidder.\nc. Approve the Construction Contract with Onyx Paving Company, Inc. for the Citywide Street\nPavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2025-26 in the amount of\n$10,963,000.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction Contract with Onyx\nPaving Company, Inc. in the amount of $10,963,000, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to 10%, which is\nequivalent to $1,096,300.\ne. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to issue a purchase order to Onyx Paving\nCompany, Inc., in the amount of $10,963,000.\nf. Authorize a budgetary transfer in the amount of $651,850 from the Citywide Americans with\nDisabilities Act & Sidewalk Improvements Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2025-05 to\nthe Citywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement, Project No. ST-2025-26,\nin Measure X Fund 120.\ng. Authorize an appropriation in the amount of $2,055,754 to the Citywide Street Pavement\nRehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2025-26 from Measure A Fund 227.
