Navigation Center ­ Award Design Services and Purchase Agreement with\nMandeville Modular for Site Design, Modular Design, and Purchase of Modular\nUnits and Award Professional Services Agreement with CREDE Construction\nAdvisory for Development Management Services (Ward 1) Pg. 1003\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Approve an Agreement for Design Services and Purchase and Delivery of Goods\nwith Mandeville Modular in the amount of $10,093,027 (which includes a 15%\ncontingency); and\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance and Management Services to issue a\nPurchase Order in an amount not to exceed $10,093,027 to Mandeville\nModular; and\n3. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with CREDE Construction\nAdvisory in the amount of $1,091,148 for Development Management Services of the\nNavigation Center; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance and Management Services to issue a\nPurchase Order in an amount not to exceed $1,091,148 to CREDE\nConstruction Advisory; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement for Design\nServices and Purchase and Delivery of Goods with Mandeville Modular and the\nProfessional Services Agreement with CREDE Construction Advisory.
