Accept the FY 2024/2025 Tobacco Grant (All Wards) Pg. 718\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California,\nadopt Resolution No. 2024­233 authorizing:\n1. The City Manager to accept the FY 2024/25 Department of Justice Tobacco Grant by\nsigning the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from the Department of Justice (DOJ).\n2. The Interim Director of Finance and Management Services to amend the FY 2024/25\nbudget by appropriating $301,015 in grant funds in both revenue and expenditures.
