R) Standard Agreement between the City of San Bernardino and HCD; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance and Management Services to amend the FY\n2024/25 Adopted Budget for the ERF­3­R Program by appropriating\n$4,569,511 in both revenues and expenditures; and\n4. Approve the addition of the ERF­3­R grant­funded positions: one (1)\nHomeless Outreach Coordinator, three (3) Homeless Outreach Specialists, and\none (1) part­time Homeless Outreach Specialist.
