Item 618: First Amendment to the Agreement with CDM Smith Inc. for Preparation of the\nPublic Utilities Department Integrated Master Plan (H2125885).\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n1:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nAuthorization of this first amendment to the agreement will increase the cost for\nengineering consulting services provided by CDM Smith Inc. by $1,472,934.00 for a total\ncontract amount of $5,254,501.00 over the extended 60-month term of the agreement.
