Item 638: Approval of the Final Map “Tierra Alta”\nNOTICE of Pending Final Map Approval\nNotice is hereby given that the City Engineer has reviewed and will approve on the date\nof this City Council meeting that certain final map entitled “Tierra Alta" (T.M. No. 98-\n0792, PRJ No. 1068246) located at 11304 Caminito Rodar, San Diego, CA. in the RS-1-\n13 and OC-1-1 zone, within the Mira Mesa Community Plan Area, Council District 6, a\ncopy of which is available for public viewing at the office of the San Diego City\nClerk. Specifically, the City Engineer has caused the map to be examined and has made\nthe following findings:\n(1) The map substantially conforms to the approved tentative map, any approved\nalterations thereof, and any conditions of approval imposed with said tentative map.\n(2) The map complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and any local\nordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.\n(3) This map is a Condominium Project as defined in section 4125 et. seq. of the Civil\nCode of the State of California and is filed pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act. City\nCouncil Resolution No. R-295656 adopted October 30, 2001, and Substantial\nConformance Review No. 1180114 approved August 17, 2015, approve the development\nof eight (8) residential condominium units: Lot 1 will contain four (4) units and Lot 2 will\ncontain four (4) units.\n(4) The map is technically correct.\nSaid map will be finalized and recorded unless a valid appeal is filed. Interested parties\nwill have 10 calendar days from the date of this Council hearing to appeal the above\nfindings of the City Engineer to the City Council. A valid appeal must be filed with the\nCity Clerk no later than 2:00 PM, 10 calendar days from the date of this City Council\nmeeting stating briefly which of the above findings made by the City Engineer was\nimproper or incorrect and the basis for that conclusion.
