(also known as CivicPlus) for Continuation of\nPublic Records Portal Services.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n1:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe total amount of this Second Amendment is not-to-exceed $71,991.67 and is available\nin the General Fund Communications budget.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nAdopt the following Ordinance which was introduced on 11/12/2024, Item S500 (Council\nvoted 7-0, Councilmember Whitburn-not present, Councilmember von Wilpert-not\npresent):\n(O-2025-44)\nOrdinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. Two to the\nNextRequest Service Agreement with NextRequest Co.
