Award a Professional Services Agreement to Pacific Advanced Civil\nEngineers, Inc. for engineering support services for the Del Mar Electrical\nRehabilitation Project, CIP Project No. 19807.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-\n85, by and between the City of San Clemente and Pacific Advanced Civil\nEngineers, Inc., providing for the Del Mar Electrical Rehabilitation Project,\nin an amount not to exceed $89,940.
