20) Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with David Evans and Associates, Inc.\n(DEA) for Main Street Conceptual Design Master Plan\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement with David Evans and Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed\n$319,100.00 for the preparation of construction documents for the Main Street\nImprovements project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a 10%\ncontingency of $31,910.00 for unanticipated costs.
