Adopt a resolution to authorize a loan from the General Fund (100) to the Eastside\nBridge & Thoroughfare District Fee Fund (452) in the amount of $7,000,000.\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nAll matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one\nmotion by the City Council.
