9.1 ORDINANCE NO. 736 APPROVING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT\nNO. 57, ORDINANCE NO. 737 APPROVING ZONING MAP AMENDMENT\nNO. 57, AND ORDINANCE NO. 738 APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN\nAMENDMENT NO. 2024-1 TO IMPLEMENT 6TH CYCLE HOUSING\nELEMENT (2021-2029) - It is recommended the City Council conduct a\nPublic Hearing as required by law; introduce Ordinance No.736, thereby\napproving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 57 to update Titles 20 and 21\nof the La Mirada Municipal Code, and to find the action is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); introduce Ordinance No. 737,\nthereby approving Zoning Map Amendment No. 57 to apply the Special\nHousing Overlay (SHO) zone to 77 parcels, to apply the Emergency Shelter\nOverlay (ESO) zone to 12 parcels, and to find the action is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and introduce Ordinance No.\n738, thereby approving Specific Plan Amendment No. 2024-1 to amend the\nImperial Highway Specific Plan, and to find the action is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).\n9.1 Report and Attachments A, B\n9.1 Attachment C - Ord.
