14. APPROVE THE SALE, RELATED DOCUMENTS AND OTHER ACTIONS RELATED TO THE\nONTARIO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, 2023 TAXABLE LEASE REVENUE BONDS (THE\n"2023 BONDS")\nThat the City Council and the Board of the Ontario Public Financing Authority adopt\nresolutions to approve and authorize the sale and execution of documents and approve\nrelated actions in connection with the issuance of the Ontario Public Financing Authority, 2023\nTaxable Lease Revenue Bonds, including:\nA. That the Ontario Public Financing Authority adopt a Resolution of the Ontario Public\nFinancing Authority authorizing the issuance of its Lease Revenue Bonds in the\naggregate principal amount of not to exceed $100,000,000 in connection with the\nfinancing of public capital improvements;\nB. Authorize and direct execution of an indenture of trust, lease agreement, memorandum\nof assignment, bond purchase and continuing covenant agreement, and agency\nagreement;\nC. Authorize the sale of the bonds and a placement agent agreement and authorizing\nofficial actions, and execution of related documents; and\nD.
