AN AMENDMENT TO THE GOODS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR AMERICAN\nRECLAMATION, INC.\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\nAmendment No. 2 to the Goods and Services Agreement (on file with Records Management\nDepartment) with American Reclamation, Inc. of Los Angeles, California, for Scrap Tire\nRecycling Services for a second one-year extension of $55,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount\nof $155,000.
