Therefore, Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the Public Hearing: Open the Public Hearing, Report Council Disclosures,\nReceive Public Testimony; Close the Public Hearing.\n2. Find each project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\npursuant to Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines; and\n3. If the City Council makes the requisite findings and approves each project,\nadopt each resolution: Resolution 2024-108, Resolution 2024-109,\nResolution 2024-110, Resolution 2024-111, Resolution 2024-112,\nResolution 2024-113, Resolution 2024-114, and Resolution 2024-115\nconditionally approving the construction of new single-story, single-family\nresidences with attached garages, and perform associated site improvements\non the 8 vacant lots within the Drift Subdivision at 401-450 Bell Ranch Road,\nSolana Beach.\nItem B.1.
