5. 24-55764 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP HSB-2024-002 and award a\ncontract to Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, of Orange, CA, for\nproviding operation and supportive services to the Long Beach Transitional Age\nYouth Rapid Rehousing Program for individuals experiencing homelessness in the\nCity of Long Beach, in a total annual amount not to exceed $600,000, for a period\nof one year, with the option to renew for one additional one-year period, at the\ndiscretion of the City Manager; and authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all necessary documents to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subgrants or subsequent amendments.
