(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\nMeeting of the\nBell City Council and Related Agencies\nDecember 11, 2024\n1. Award a construction contract in the amount of $189,900 to Pavement Coatings Co.\nfor the Annual Slurry Seal Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders to the project in a total amount\nnot to exceed $18,990 (ten percent of the bid amount) for any necessary additional\nwork.
