Approve the Measure A Annual Allocation Grant Agreement between the City of Bell\nand the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents related\nto the Agreement, including Notices to Proceed (NTPs) and associated work plans.
