This\ntwo-year agreement, effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027, ensures\ncompliance with City policies and sets forth mutual obligations regarding field use, maintenance,\nsafety, programming, and administrative standards.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the attached Youth Sports Facility Use Agreement with the La Verne Girls\nSoftball Association for a term beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31,\n2027, with options for two, two-year extensions; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement and any related\ndocuments.
