Accept and file the Fiscal Year 2024-25 First Quarter Budget Review Report; and\n2. Approve the proposed program modification in the City Council’s fiscal year 2024-25 General Fund\noperating budget in the amount of $141,908; and\n3. Approve the proposed program modification in the City Manager’s Office’s fiscal year 2024-25\nGeneral Fund-Measure SST Fund operating budget in the amount of $102,447; and\n4. Approve the proposed program modifications in the Community Services Department’s fiscal year\n2024-25 General Fund operating budget in the amount of $13,457; and\n5. Approve the proposed program modification in the Finance Department’s fiscal year2024-25 General\nFund operating budget in the amount of $265; and\n6. Approve the proposed program modifications in the General Services Department’s fiscal year 2024-\n25 General Fund operating budget in the amount of $46,091; and\n7. Approve the proposed program modifications in the Public Works Department’s fiscal year 2024-25\nGeneral Fund operating budget in the amount of $93,906; and\n8. Approve the proposed program modification in the Public Works Department’s fiscal year 2024-25\nSanitation Fund operating budget in the amount of $71,034; and\n9. Approve the proposed increase to the Airport Capital Fund’s fiscal year 2024-25 operating revenue\nbudget in the amount of $2,500,000; and\n10. Appropriate $2,500,000 to the Airport Capital Fund’s fiscal year 2024-25 operating expenditure\nbudget; and
