Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council approve an easement quitclaim\ndeed between City of Torrance (City) and Torrance Unified School District (TUSD), thereby relinquishing the\nCity’s water easements within the Hamilton Adult Education Center to the TUSD. The easement transfer will\nfacilitate unrestricted site use for TUSD’s future development plans and align with shared goals to enhance\nschool resources and infrastructure.
