CLOSED SESSION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of\nGovernment Code Section 54956.9 (d)(1) to confer with legal counsel with regard to the\nfollowing matters of pending litigation:\nA. In re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation, Case. No. 1: 17-MD-2804 (N.D. Ohio)\n2. The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of\nGovernment code section 54956.9(d)(4) to confer with legal counsel with regard to one\nmatter of potential initiation of litigation.
