Acceptance of bids and award of Contract for the 2024-25 Trail Fencing\nReplacement Project (Various Locations).\nRECOMMENDATION:\nAccept bids and award a contract to Country Estate Fence Co., Inc. for the\nFiscal Year 2024-25 Trail Fencing Replacement Project (Various\nLocations) in the amount of $378,831; and authorize the City Manager to\napprove contract change orders up to 10 percent of the total bid amount.
